Handmade & Custom-Made Products
All items from Industrial Star Customs LLC are handcrafted by the artist using traditional sandblasting engraving techniques. Each piece is one-of-a-kind or custom-engraved to your specifications. Due to the handmade process, minor variations in engraving depth, appearance, glass texture, color tones, natural imperfections in the glass (bubbles, seed marks, etc.), or slight inconsistencies may occur. These are natural characteristics of artisan work and not considered defects. Custom designs are created from your provided details (names, dates, logos, motifs, quotes, etc.) and our approved digital proof. Once you approve the final proof, the design is locked in and all sales are final — no changes can be made after approval. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied text, images, logos, or design elements (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect symbols, or low-resolution files). We guarantee the craftsmanship of each piece at the time of shipment. We do not provide warranties beyond that. Improper handling, use, cleaning (e.g., dishwasher damage), or accidents after delivery may cause damage to the engraving or glass — such issues are not covered.Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because all products are custom-made and handmade to order, all sales are final after proof approval. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the rare case of a proven manufacturing defect directly attributable to our craftsmanship (e.g., major engraving error not present in the approved proof). If you believe there is a defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will review and, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the item if the defect is confirmed to be our fault. Shipping costs for returns/replacements are the buyer's responsibility unless we determine the issue was ours. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements/sizes provided by you, or dissatisfaction with the final appearance after proof approval.Shipping Policy Processing Time — Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks for production and engraving (longer for complex, high-volume, or large-scale projects like etched doors/reclaimed glass). Rush production may be available for an additional fee — contact us to discuss.
Shipping Carriers & Costs — We ship via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination (or quoted for custom/large items). Local pickup/drop-off is available in the Punta Gorda/Naples, FL area at no or low cost.
Risk of Loss — Once the package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for loss, damage, delay, theft, or breakage during transit.
Packaging & Insurance — All items are carefully packed with protective materials. Glass is fragile — we strongly recommend adding insurance or signature confirmation (available at checkout). If damage occurs in transit, file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide photos, packaging details, and proof of shipment to assist with your claim, but we are not liable for carrier issues.
International Shipping — Available on request. Duties, taxes, customs fees, and any import restrictions are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Star Customs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. Governing Law
