By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services

.1. Our Services
Industrial Star Customs LLC provides custom sandblasted/engraved glassware and related products, along with the Constellation Nook membership offering exclusive digital content (pre-release chapters, blog posts, art, and related materials). All physical products are handmade and custom-created.

2. Membership and Subscriptions (Constellation Nook)

• Membership grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view digital content for your personal, private use only during the active subscription period. No ownership rights are transferred.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the stated price and frequency unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Annual subscribers receive a renewal reminder 30–60 days prior (per Florida law).

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not copy, share, distribute, screenshot, upload, reproduce, or otherwise misuse any content. Content is watermarked and protected. Violations result in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

3. Shop Purchases and Custom Products
All products offered by Industrial Star Customs LLC are individually handcrafted by the artist using traditional sandblasting and engraving techniques. Each piece is unique and made to order. Minor variations in engraving depth, texture, glass imperfections (such as bubbles or tool marks), color tones, or overall appearance are natural characteristics of handmade artisan work and are not considered defects. These variations reflect the artistic process and are part of what customers request when choosing a handmade custom item.

Custom designs are based on the information, text, images, logos, or files you provide. We will send a digital proof for your review and approval. Once you approve the final proof, the design is finalized, production begins, and the sale is final. We are not responsible for any errors in customer-supplied content, including spelling, grammar, design choices, or file quality.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because all products are custom-made and handcrafted to your approved specifications by the artist, all sales are final after proof approval. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the artistic result, normal handmade variations, or issues arising after delivery (such as damage from handling, cleaning, or accidents).

In the rare event that you believe there is a significant manufacturing defect (a clear issue directly attributable to our craftsmanship that materially differs from the approved proof), contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs of the item. We will review the matter at our sole discretion. If we confirm a defect, we may, at our option, repair or replace the item. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we determine otherwise. We do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits in any other circumstances.

We stand behind our craftsmanship at the time of shipment but do not offer broader warranties beyond this limited review process.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on the Site and in the Constellation Nook are owned by Industrial Star Customs LLC and protected by U.S. copyright law. © 2026 Industrial Star Customs LLC. All rights reserved. Custom engravings become your physical property upon delivery, but we retain rights to the underlying artistic process and may use photos of completed work for portfolio purposes (unless you request otherwise).

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Star Customs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item or subscription in question.

6. User Conduct and Site Rules
You agree not to: misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any unlawful activity.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, pandemics, supply shortages, or carrier disruptions).

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the new date at the top.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], Florida.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
