Handmade & Custom Disclaimer-Handmade & Custom Nature Disclaimer
All items from Industrial Star Customs LLC are handcrafted by the artist using traditional sandblasting techniques. Each piece is one-of-a-kind or custom-made to order. Due to the handmade process, slight variations in engraving depth, appearance, glass texture, color tones, bubbles/imperfections in the glass, or minor inconsistencies may occur — these are natural characteristics of artisan work and not defects. Custom engravings are created based on your design specifications and our approved proof. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs, text, or images (e.g., spelling, logos, or symbols). Once you approve the final digital proof, all sales are final — no changes can be made after approval. We do not offer warranties beyond the craftsmanship guarantee that the piece is free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. Improper handling, use, or cleaning may damage the engraving.
General Disclaimer-All sales are final after proof approval. No refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of proven defect from our craftsmanship (contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos). We are not liable for misuse, improper cleaning (e.g., dishwasher damage to engraving), accidents, or consequential damages from use of our products. Engraved glassware is decorative/functional — handle with care to avoid chips or breakage.
Shipping & Delivery-Processing & Shipping Time — Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks for production (longer for complex or high-volume pieces), plus shipping time. Rush options may be available for an additional fee — contact us for details.
Shipping Carriers & Costs — We use USPS, UPS, or similar reliable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or quoted for custom/large items). Local pickup/drop-off available in Punta Gorda/Naples, FL area at no or low cost.
Liability for Shipping — Once the package leaves our studio and is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, theft, or breakage during transit. We pack all items carefully with protective materials, but glass is fragile — we strongly recommend adding insurance or signature confirmation (available at checkout).
If damage occurs in transit, file a claim directly with the carrier (we'll provide photos/packaging details to assist). We may help facilitate the claim but are not responsible for carrier issues.
International Shipping — Available on request; duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays or seizures.
Returns & Refunds-Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final after proof approval. Returns or refunds are not accepted except for proven manufacturing defects (contact within 7 days with photos). We will repair or replace at our discretion if the issue is our fault. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Star Customs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item. Governing Law
