The Child’s Wonder
Beneath the sky where twinkling starlight streams,
A boy does gaze, his eyes alive with dreams.
The Milky Way does flow, a silver stream,
It calls his soul to chase its glowing beam.
He lifts his hands to catch a star so far,
Its fire does wink, a tease from realms ajar.
The night does sing, a song of boundless scope,
His heart does soar, entwined with stellar hope.
